Project Description
Body: This package involved construction of a new pump house and TNB substation beside the existing Bukit Jelutong water tank in Shah Alam, together with supply and installation of pumps and associated mechanical and electrical systems required to operate the facility.
Scope Of Work
- Construction of a pump house and TNB substation
- Supply, installation, and commissioning of 1500mm and 1200mm diameter pipelines connecting the pump house to the existing tank
- Relocation of the existing 1500mm diameter pipeline
- Installation of valves, pipe fittings, and associated works
- Supply, installation, and commissioning of 3 vertical split-case centrifugal pumps, each rated at 105 MLD, together with associated equipment
- Installation of a fire protection system
- Supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical transformers, 11kV and 6.6kV switchgear with monitoring panels, 415V main switchboards, motor control centres, power and control cabling, and related systems
Status Note
Body: This project was completed as expected and successfully commissioned. The defects liability period has ended without any major issues.
